Bye bye ISCA

Today was my last day in the office, before heading to Salzburg, Austria. A weird day, but the chocolate cake made up for that.

Last weekend was great, with Sanne visiting me. I have put some pictures on my website from my trips and sightseeing during my EVS. Have a look: http://foto.saskiavandenieuwenhof.nl/evscopenhagen/index.html

And before you know it,

there are only 3 working days left! This weekend, my friend Sanne will visit me. And Tuesday will be my last day in the office.
Although everyone has been telling me that 2 months will go very fast, it is still going faster than I thought it would.

Next Wednesday I leave to Salzburg, Austria, for the kick-off meeting of YOURCE! On Saturday I will return to Copenhagen and on Sunday I am going home, to Edinburgh.

Where I work

•Saturday, 1 March, 2008 • 1 Comment

Last week, I have been sick; I lost my voice and I got a terrible cold. Not only my work itself and the people I work with, but also the place where I work made me still wanted to go to work every day, although I wasn’t feeling that well.
The office of ISCA is inside DGI-byen, which means DGI-city; DGI is the Danish Gymnastics and Sports Association. Several buildings which include a hotel and conference centre, a restaurant, an exhibition hall, a cafe, sports halls and a swimming pool.
As a break we sometimes play a game of table football or table tennis and in the afternoon I often go for a swim in the ellipse-shaped swimming pool.
